Terms of Service | Granite Digital Imaging

These Terms govern your access to, usage of all content, Product and Services available at the Granite Digital Imaging, LLC website (the "Service") operated by Granite Digital Imaging, LLC ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Digital Imaging and Printing Services

Granite Digital Imaging, LLC agrees to provide digital imaging and printing services including but not limited to commercial printing, scanning, wide-format production, and finishing as outlined in specific Service Orders. While we utilize proven production workflows and industry best practices to achieve results, we do not guarantee exact color matches across all media types or third-party device outputs, as these can vary by material and environment.

2. Payment Terms and Timelines

Payment schedules for our services will be outlined in your specific proposal. Generally, retainer fees are due at the beginning of the month. Project-based fees may require an upfront deposit. Failure to make payments within 30 days of the invoice date may result in a pause of services or campaign suspension.

3. Intellectual Property

Any creative assets, print-ready files, or production output developed by Granite Digital Imaging, LLC for the client will become the property of the client upon full payment of fees. However, the proprietary methodologies, software, and production tools used by Granite Digital Imaging, LLC to create these assets remain the intellectual property of Granite Digital Imaging, LLC.

4. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may involve third-party platforms and suppliers (such as shipping carriers, cloud storage, and file transfer services). You acknowledge that your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms and conditions. Granite Digital Imaging, LLC is not responsible for interruptions, delays, or restrictions caused by third-party systems, though we will make every effort to ensure service continuity.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with a 30-day written notice. Upon termination, Granite Digital Imaging, LLC will provide final project status and transfer any client-owned assets.

6. Applicable Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Granite Digital Imaging, LLC operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
